Description

This stunning De Bortoli family estate is located on a beautiful section of the King River at the base of the Victorian snow fields. The King Valley produces delicious Pinot Grigio. This low cropping season gave lovely aromatics and wild herb notes. Honeysuckle and pear, perky acidity, textural, lots of flavour and interest. Tuck into this with some pan seared scallops.

Tasting Notes

Briny, gently aromatic with wild herb and chamomile. Textural, slightly salty, gentle but assertive flavours.
